Hi, I am Jo founder of Easy Peasy Parenting, Life coach and Mum of 8 children ranging in age from 21 to 1. I am so thrilled to be able to share the parenting advice that has changed my life and the lives of so many families that have attended a 121 session or workshop or read my book.
I wanted children for as long as I can remember and I thought parenting would be a wonderful experience. I would be a peaceful, loving mum and my children would be equally loving and cooperative.
The reality was quite different. There were many happy times but more anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, anger and upset than I thought possible. Many times I felt despairing, not knowing what to do to create the family life I always dreamed of. I wanted to be the best parent I could be for my children and instead I was being the cause of most of their unhappiness.
Several years ago I came across a philosophy that changed my life. When applied to my parenting I saw immediate and dramatic results. The philosophy is so simple it is almost unbelievable. The philosophy is, “The best thing I can do for my children is be happy.” I have finally found a formula that works, every time, no exceptions. This was the parenting advice I had been looking for.
During individual coaching, group workshops or in my book I share the most useful teachings I have learned from the world of psychology and life coaching. I explain the strategies that I use on a daily basis to create the joyful family life I always hoped for.
